INSTRUCTIONS
A snack with beef, cheese and potatoes? Yes, of course! This is the best combination and the flavors are amazing. This cheese beef fries recipe is perfect for a party or a family dinner at home. Just eat and enjoy!
- The first step is to cook the beef. Heat the oil in a large pan and add the onion and garlic until just cooked.
- Increase the heat and add the minced beef. Move it around the pan until golden brown.
- Add the paprika paste, tomato sauce, fresh tomatoes, cumin, spices, and some Worcestershire sauce. Put in the bouillon cube and add a glass of water and season well. Bring to a simmer, then cover with a lid and cook over a low heat for 1 hour, stirring occasionally until thickened.
- Meanwhile, prepare the fries. Cut the potatoes into thick sticks and leave between sheets of kitchen towels for 10 minutes.
- Heat the oil in large deep pan over medium-high heat. Deep-fry the potatoes in batches until they are golden. Remove and drain them on a tray lined with paper towels and season.
- Preheat the grill to its highest setting. Put the fries on a large serving platter and add half the cheese. Grill until melted.
- Top the fries with the minced beef, add the rest of the cheese and grill until melted. To serve, put the coriander on the top and dip the potatoes on the sour cream.
