INGREDIENTS
• 150 gr. Ground Beef or you can use burgers
• 2 tsp. chopped fresh sage or 1/2 tsp. rubbed sage
• 1 tsp. garlic powder
• 1 tsp. onion powder
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine Ground Beef and seasonings in large bowl, mixing lightly but thoroughly.
2. Lightly shape sausage mixture into four 2,5cm. thick patties.
3. Heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Add patties; cook 10 to 12
minutes or until instant-read thermometer inserted horizontally into center registers
70°C.
4. To prepare crumbles: heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Add mixture
and cook 8 to 10 minutes, breaking into 3cm. crumbles and stirring occasionall… and
