INSTRUCTIONS FOR GRILLED BEEF KABOBS
- In a bowl, whisk together vinegar, oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire and soy sauce. Then, cut the beef into 1-inch thick and add the steak to marinade.
- Cut the vegetables into 1-inch pieces. Drizzle them with oil and toss to coat.
- Time to assemble kabobs! Thread vegetables and steak pieces onto skewers, leaving two pieces of vegetables between each piece of the meat.
- Marinate the kabobs, drizzle them with oil, and place them on-grid/grill/pan under medium heat. Grill the kabobs, turning them occasionally about 8-10 minutes.
